"Bottle leaked all over the box"
I’m not trying to be overly picky, but the packaging really wasn’t great. The bottle leaked during shipping and there was oil all over the inside of the box when it arrived

"Tasting was just okay lol"
The tasting felt a bit rushed, and the oils tasted kind of flat to me. I didn’t really enjoy it much, lol.

"Decent gift, just nothing too exciting!"

"Tastes good, but didn’t feel very fresh"
I actually liked the flavor of this olive oil, it’s smooth and tasted nice with bread. That said, it didn’t seem as fresh as I was expecting and came off a little flat. Not saying it’s a scam, but for the price, I was hoping it would have a bit more freshness and character. It’s not bad, just not quite what I expected

"Shipping was a bit slower than I hoped"
The oil itself was totally fine, no complaints there, but the shipping did feel like it dragged on a little longer than I expected. I kept checking the tracking like, okay, is it moving yet? Not a huge deal, just kind of slower than I was hoping for.

"Got one of the bottles wrong"
I ordered two bottles, and uh… one of them wasn’t the right one. The other bottle was fine, but still, kind of frustrating when you’re expecting what you picked and something different shows up

"Annoying in-store experience"
I went into the store expecting to quickly get what I needed, but it felt like no one even noticed I was there. I looked around, waited a bit, tried to get some help, and still nothing. Like, why have staff on the floor if customers are just going to be ignored? I ended up leaving annoyed and empty-handed, which was such a waste of time.

"Order was fine, just a little slow to arrive"
Ordering from saratogaoliveoil.com was easy overall. The only thing was that my package took longer than I expected, and the tracking just didn’t update much along the way. Everything showed up fine in the end, I just wish the shipping info had been a bit more helpful.

"Tasted kind of stale"
the oil just tasted old to me... like it had been sitting around too long. For the price I was expecting better, so I wouldn’t buy it again

"Something feels off with the price"
I really wanted to be excited about Saratoga Olive Oil, but something feels off when you compare the price to what you actually get. The bottle I ordered was small, the flavor didn’t stand out much from olive oils I’ve picked up at the grocery store for less.

Once shipping was added in, it felt even harder to justify. I’m sure some people might love it and feel like it’s worth the splurge, but for me, the value just wasn’t there. I don’t see myself ordering again.

"I had to reach out to customer..."
I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and it took longer than I expected to get a reply. Not saying it’s a scam, but when you don’t hear back quickly, it does make you start wondering what’s going on.
They did eventually answer my question, so it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything. It just felt a little slow and not super helpful at first. Overall, it was fine, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
